Position: Bank Officer – CA (Current Account)

Department: Banking / Sales & Business Development

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Acquire recent Current Account customers, including individual and business clients.
- Identify potential customers through market visits and lead generation.
- Promote current account products and banking services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Drive new account acquisition and business growth.
- Assist customers with account opening, KYC and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal banking teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve assigned business and acquisition targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant banking experience.
- Average tenure of 2 years with no job change in the last 1 year.
- No gaps between successive employments.
- Top 2 performance ratings in at least 2 of the last 3 years (if rated).
- PLP earned in the last 3 appraisal cycles.
- Good oral communication skills in Hindi and regional languages.
- Must have the latest Android/iOS device compatible with banking applications.
