Job Summary Note: Engineers are requested to work at the client location in Bangalore for 3days per week.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance both UI workflows and backend services for cloud-native applications
- Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces
- Develop scalable microservices and REST-based backend services using Python, Go, or Node.js
- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, debugging and troubleshooting
- Write clean, maintainable, secure and production-quality code following engineering best practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams including architects, DevOps, QA, and product teams
- Improve platform performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Leverage AI-assisted development approaches and contemporary engineering tools to accelerate development and productivity

Requirements





- 3-6 years of skilled software development experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, Golang, or Node.js
- Hands on experience in mongoDB
- Positive understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Working knowledge of Linux, containers, Docker, and Kubernetes environments
- Familiarity with software development best practices including code reviews, unit testing, and debugging
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and collaborative engineering environments
- Good to Have Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted software development tools
- Exposure to performance optimization, scalability, and reliability engineering
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and Kubernetes-based deployments
