- Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
- Coordinate with customers and share quotations.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams.
- Maintain enquiry records and daily follow-up reports.
- Positive communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Freshers can also apply.
