Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2C Sales Head to lead and manage the company's retail sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in furniture showroom management, sales team leadership, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Growth: Develop and implement B2C sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve showroom sales performance.

- Showroom Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of furniture showrooms, ensuring smooth functioning and operational efficiency.

- Team Management: Lead, motivate, train, and monitor showroom sales teams to achieve individual and overall sales targets.

- Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, revenue, and team productivity to ensure business objectives are achieved.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle escalated customer concerns.

- Sales Planning: Prepare sales plans, set targets,



and implement effective strategies to increase showroom footfall and sales conversions.

- Process Improvement: Establish effective sales procedures, reporting systems, and performance monitoring practices.

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.

- Reporting: Regularly report sales performance, business progress, and operational updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in furniture showroom management is mandatory.

- Proven experience in handling B2C sales operations and retail sales teams.

- Solid leadership, team management, and sales planning skills.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- BBA/MBA candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
