- 5-10 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Backend Development.
- Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Servlets, Workflows, and Core Components.
- Proficient in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices development.
- Experience in designing, developing, and integrating AEM-based content management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience in AEM environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in an Agile setting.
