AVP – Digital Marketing (Growth)

Location- Gurgaon

About the role

Own our digital growth and website experience end to end. You’ll drive customer acquisition across paid and owned channels, lead SEO, and optimize the website to turn traffic into conversions. Reports to the Digital Marketing Head; leads a team of 3–4.

Key responsibilities

- Own digital acquisition across paid search, social, display, open web and affiliate
- Improve ROAS, ROI, CPA and cost per conversion through data-led decisions and A/B testing
- Lead website SEO, landing-page optimization and customer journey improvements
- Work with technology, UX/UI, content and analytics teams to deliver website enhancements
- Manage external agencies and partners against clear objectives and timelines




- Track performance through dashboards and analytics, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure campaigns and website changes comply with governance, data privacy and regulatory standards

- Requirements

- Graduate degree
- 8–10+ years in digital marketing, with strong performance marketing, SEO and website management experience
- Proven track record of managing large media budgets with robust ROI
- Hands-on with analytics tools, conversion optimization and A/B testing
- Experience managing agencies, stakeholders and a team
