- 5+ years of experience with Automation testing experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium (Java) for web UI testing and RestAssured (Java) for API testing.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI, ensuring automated execution across QA, staging, and production environments.
- Implement parallel test execution, agile test data handling, and flaky test mitigation strategies to improve reliability and speed.
- Develop and maintain custom reporting solutions using Extent Reports, Allure, or custom dashboards with detailed logs, screenshots, and execution analytics.
- Automate sanity, regression,
and smoke testing with a focus on achieving >80% automation coverage in regression and 100% for critical flows.
- Collaborate with QA leads, DevOps engineers, and developers to integrate test automation into agile workflows and sprint cycles.
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter and integrate with API automation frameworks for full-stack validation.
- Ensure test scripts are version-controlled (Git), modular, and reusable across multiple projects and environments.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior automation engineers and QA team members.
