Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to grow our industrial automation business in Bangalore. You will identify customers, understand their technical needs, and sell our automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and develop recent customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions (PLC, HMI, drives, SCADA, IIoT)
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
- Follow up and negotiate to close orders and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with the technical team for product demos and site visits




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Update the sales pipeline and share regular reports

Requirements

- 1-6 years of experience in industrial automation sales or technical sales
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD/drives, HMI, SCADA, or other automation products
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel for customer visits
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
- Preferred: notice period of 30 days or less
