Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and oversee audit teams. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS, excellent leadership capabilities, and experience in public accounting environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Review and prepare financial statements, footnotes, and audit workpapers.
- Perform audit procedures in accordance with firm standards and professional requirements.
- Analyze client transactions and identify accounting and audit issues.
- Research technical accounting matters and recommend practical solutions.
- Develop engagement budgets, schedules, and work plans.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status to management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Mentor, coach,



and develop junior team members.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality client service and audit deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting/External Audit.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS.
- Experience leading audit engagements and managing client relationships.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with CCH Engagement or similar audit software.

Preferred Qualifications

- CPA/CA Preferred not mandatory
- Experience working with mid-sized or large public accounting firms.
- Exposure to industries such as NFP, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.
