Core Responsibilities

- Inspection & Testing: Perform raw material checks (heat numbers), in-process inspections, and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain quality records, including First Article Inspections (FAI), inspection reports, and documentation for non-conformances.
- Quality Standards Compliance: Ensure all fabricated components, including welded joints, comply with blueprints, shop drawings, and safety standards.
- Corrective Action: Identify defects, initiate rework or rejection, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Equipment Calibration: Ensure all measurement equipment is accurate and calibrated, reporting any malfunctions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience:



3 to 9 years in a fabrication or manufacturing workplace.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to read complex blueprints, Fabrication Drawings, GD&T; , and structural drawings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with welding inspection, NDT techniques (VT, PT), and precision measuring instruments.
- Communication: Ability to work with production teams to improve quality and explain defects.
- Education: Degree / Diploma Mechanical will be prefered

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
