Process Associate (Voice Process & Non-voice - Night Shift)

Location: Tirunelveli - Vannerpettai

We are seeking dynamic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Process Associates for our night-shift voice operations. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound customer communications, ensuring a high standard of service and support.

Role & Responsibilities

Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Workflow Compliance: Adhere strictly to approved workflows and organizational guidelines when responding to customer queries.

Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and cross-functional teams to meet performance targets and maintain service quality. Relationship Building: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional behaviour to build positive relationships with customers.

Candidate Profile & Skills Required:





Prior experience in a call center environment is highly ideal. However, candidates with experience in any industry, as well as motivated freshers, are welcome to apply.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (transparent and accurate) are mandatory.

Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English and multiple regional languages, specifically Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam, will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
