We’re looking for PMO Professionals(Associate/ Sr. Associate)!

What you’ll do

- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, delays and recovery actions
- Track land/ROW readiness, utilities, work fronts, designs and approvals
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, risk/issue/action trackers and support management reviews
- Monitor quality observations, NCR trends, ageing closures, recurring issues and quality testing schedules
- Support monitoring of QA/QC Plan/SOP compliance and quality documentation readiness
- Track contractual obligations, contractor/subcontractor performance, variations, change orders, EOT, claims, notices, deductions and commercial risks
- Coordinate with project stakeholders for timely closure of critical actions

What are we looking for?





B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Masters' will be an added advantage

3+ years of experience in Roads & Highways sector

Experience in Project Management, Construction Management and/or O&M; of PPP assets For contract management roles, relevant experience in Contract Management and Project Management.
