Careernet is hiring 40 fresh graduates for the role of Associate Consultant – Recruitment under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), a Government of India initiative.

This is an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of recruitment, work on live hiring requirements, interact with professionals and gain practical industry experience.

You don't need prior work experience or a recruitment background. We are looking for individuals who communicate confidently, enjoy interacting with people and are eager to learn.

What Will You Do?

As an Associate Consultant – Recruitment, you will work with experienced recruitment professionals and support end-to-end hiring activities.

- Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals and professional networks.
- Connect with candidates to understand their interests, skills and career aspirations.
- Explain job opportunities, role expectations and company details to prospective candidates.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
- Support recruitment teams in meeting hiring timelines and requirements.

Who Can Apply?

- Graduates and postgraduates from the 2025 and 2026 batches.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with no prior work experience.




- Candidates who have successfully completed their degree and possess the relevant marks cards and degree certificate.
- Candidates willing to work from our Bangalore, Chennai or Coimbatore offices.
