Job Summary

HRH Group of Hotels is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to strengthen its sales operations and business development activities in the Ahmedabad region.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting hotel properties and driving overall revenue growth across various market segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads across corporate, leisure, travel trade, MICE and other relevant segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, event planners and key business partners.
- Promote hotel properties, facilities, services, packages and offerings to prospective clients.
- Conduct regular sales calls,



client visits, presentations and business development activities.
- Develop new accounts and maintain existing client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, prepare proposals and follow up on business enquiries.
- Explore current markets, business segments and opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal hotel departments to ensure effective execution of business commitments.
- Maintain client databases, prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business performance.
- Represent the organisation at business meetings, networking events and industry-related activities.
