Job Summary
Rayat Bahra University is inviting applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in the Hotel Management Department. The ideal candidate should have strong academic knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in Hotel Management.
- Teach subjects related to Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and academic content.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and practical activities.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and student evaluations.
- Participate in departmental activities, workshops,
and academic events.
- Contribute to curriculum development and institutional growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or a relevant discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management will be preferred.
- As per applicable UGC and university norms.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
