We are looking for an experienced Transformer Production Manager to oversee and manage our transformer manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, workforce management, quality control and ensuring timely completion of production orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organise and monitor daily transformer production activities.
- Supervise manufacturing processes, including core assembly, HV and LV winding, tank fabrication and final assembly.
- Allocate work and monitor the performance of production employees.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Coordinate with purchase and stores departments for timely material availability.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimise wastage.
- Ensure compliance with approved technical specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the testing and quality control teams




- Identify production issues and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare daily production reports and update management on progress.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Good knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage production teams and coordinate multiple departments.
- Knowledge of quality standards and transformer testing procedures.
- Robust leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience More than 2 years experience in manufacturing distribution transformers, power transformers and cast resin transformers.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
