The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Technical Sales role combines technical product knowledge with customer development and account management. The position is responsible for preparing technical proposals, managing commercial discussions, identifying new opportunities, and supporting business growth across automotive and industrial markets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical proposals for belt products based on customer equipment specifications and design requirements
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Conduct technical discussions, specification reviews, and commercial negotiations with customers
- Manage Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Tier 1 supplier accounts and address customer expectations effectively
- Identify current market opportunities and support business growth initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely product development and delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong technical and commercial understanding, with the ability to prepare proposals and discuss product specifications with customers
- Experience in business development, customer relationship management, or handling OEM and Tier 1 supplier accounts
