Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of MEP fit-out projects within Data Center facilities.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, and IBMS installations as per project requirements.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and design documents.
- Ensure project delivery as per schedule, quality standards, and approved budget.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders during project execution.
- Monitor installation and commissioning activities for:
- HVAC & Precision Cooling Systems (CRAC/CRAH)

- Electrical Systems

- UPS Systems

- DG Systems
- Fire Detection & Suppression Systems

- Plumbing Systems

- ELV Systems

- BMS/DCIM Systems
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress reviews.
- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Manage project documentation, change management, RFIs, and punch-list closures.
