- Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Plan and execute production schedules to achieve targets as per company requirements.
- Ensure productive utilization of manpower, raw materials, and equipment.
- Monitor production processes, yield, quality, and process parameters.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with QC, QA, Maintenance, EHS, and other departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
- Handle troubleshooting and resolve production-related issues.
- Lead, train, and motivate production team members.
- Maintain production reports, documentation, and shift records.
