Role & responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, grade, budget and timelines, and prepare a explicit for each opening.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, placement consultants.
- Screen profiles and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess banking knowledge, product exposure, target orientation and cultural fit.
- Hire for roles such as Relationship Manager, Branch Manager Investment Banking, Credit Analyst / Credit Manager.
- Schedule interview rounds, collect feedback and keep candidates informed at every stage.
- Negotiate compensation within approved bands, roll out offer letters and follow up on notice periods to reduce drop-offs before joining.
- Coordinate background verification, reference checks and pre-joining documentation (education, employment, address).
- Maintain accurate data and share weekly hiring dashboards on open positions, pipeline and offer status.
- Build talent pools across various locations like Hyderabad, Bangalore for future requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Familiarity with hiring for retail banking, investment banking, retail assets, wealth
- Experience in hiring for private sector banks, public sector banks, small finance banks or NBFCs.
- Experience with designing recruitment posters / ads for social media postings.
- Proven record of closing positions within agreed timelines and meeting monthly hiring targets.
