ENERGO GROUP is expanding its business in the Power & Industrial sectors and is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and result-oriented professionals to join our Business Development team.

4–5 Years’ Experience

Position: Assistant Manager – Business Development

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Location: Delhi NCR

Your Role – Make Things Happen!

- Develop new business opportunities in Thermal Power, Captive Power, Steel and Mining sectors.
- Promote Ash Handling (AHP) & Coal Handling (CHP) Systems, equipment, spares and O&M; services.
- Identify opportunities in new projects, renovation, modernisation and aftermarket services.
- Build strong relationships with customers, consultants and EPC contractors.




- Drive business development initiatives from lead generation to order acquisition.

Who Should Apply?

- Mechanical Engineers with 4–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / Business Development.
- Professionals with exposure to Power, EPC, Heavy Engineering or Industrial Equipment sectors shall be preferred.
- Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills.
- Self-driven individuals with a passion for customer engagement and business growth.
