Artist/Initiative: Nirvaan Birla – Sounds for the Soul Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and well-connected professional to manage Nirvaan Birla’s music initiative, Sounds for the Soul. The individual will serve as the artist's single point of contact, coordinate with the appointed agency, and drive new performance opportunities, partnerships, and business growth.

Skills Required:

Candidate Profile 5–6 years of experience in artist management, live entertainment or event business development, specifically from the music industry. Robust industry network and a proven track record of sourcing performance opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and relationship-management skills. Ability to manage agencies, senior stakeholders and multiple engagements independently.

- Proactive, organised and commercially driven, with a willingness to travel as required.





Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between Nirvaan Birla, the digital agency, event organisers and other stakeholders. Coordinate with the agency on schedules, briefs, deliverables, event planning and execution. Proactively identify and secure performance opportunities across music festivals, cultural platforms, universities and curated experiences. Organise studio rehearsals and practice sessions. Build relationships with event organisers, promoters, brands and potential partners. Drive business development through collaborations and new performance opportunities. Maintain an updated pipe of opportunities, confirmed events and regular progress reports.
