We are looking for a target-oriented Area Sales Manager to handle qualified leads, understand customer requirements, suggest suitable properties, conduct site visits, and close property deals.
Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Conduct property visits and convert leads into buyers.
- Negotiate with customers and close deals.
- Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads.
- Cross-sell NoBroker services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Sales experience preferred; real estate experience is an advantage.
- Positive communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Own vehicle preferred.
- English + Hindi + local language.
- Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
