Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) Supporting Actions KRA1 Achieving Sales Targets - Ensure achievement of sales target for OTC in the region of Hyderabad
- Sell and present recent designs as per customer demand




- Act as a mediator to the design and development team to provide them primary insights on design based on customer demand
- Increase the quantity of sales of existing customers and ensure collection of customer feedback KRA2 Development of New Customer Base - Identify potential customers, approach and interact with them to create awareness for Linen Fabrics and traction for our brand
- Create and present to them an exhaustive portfolio and pitch our service offerings KRA3 Handling Customer Ficials and Receivables - Assist the reporting manager in analysing and preparing detailed customer profile by visiting the customers to assess their recommended credit limits
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers against the set limit KRA4 Sales Volume - Ensure that the sales target for retail MBOs and wholesale segment are achieved
