We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive domestic sales, develop dealer networks, and achieve sales targets in the pumps industry.

Role & responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and manage dealers and distributors.
- Develop new markets and expand the existing customer base.
- Promote domestic, agricultural, submersible and centrifugal pumps.
- Generate leads and convert them into business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and product dispatch.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding collections.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of sales experience in the Pumps Industry.
- Experience in dealer and distributor management.
- Good knowledge of domestic and agricultural pump products.
- Robust communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
