Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and expand business in the assigned area.
- Lead, train and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Develop new customers, distributors and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Prepare sales reports and regularly update management on performance.
