About WTF

WTF Gyms runs 60 premium gyms of its own across Delhi NCR (Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Faridabad, Gurugram), plus ~200 partner gyms under WTF Powered - ~270 gyms and 85,000+ members on one operating system (member app, trainer app, CRM, AI). We are scaling fast and need operators who already run gyms by the numbers.

Only for people who run multi-gym P&Ls; today or did within the last year. Not for corporate wellness, equipment sales or single-gym roles.

What you own

- The P&L; of 10-20 WTF gyms through 2-3 cluster managers: revenue, PT business, renewals, costs and EBITDA.
- Weekly business reviews by gym and cluster; turnaround plans for gyms below target; launches of new gyms in your area.

- Hire, coach and hold accountable cluster managers,



gym managers and fitness managers.
- Standards: member experience, hygiene, safety, audits and equipment uptime.

Who fits

- 9-14 years in gyms with 3+ years owning the P&L; of 10 or more gyms (area / regional / city head) at Cult, Anytime Fitness, Gold's Gym, Pro Ultimate, Fitness First, Snap Fitness, Talwalkars or similar.
- Has worked in the gym industry within the last 12 months.

- Proven turnarounds with numbers you can quote.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full time, on-site • 6 days • 70,000-1,00,000 a month fixed + up to 8 LPA incentive on area P&L.;
