Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to manage collections and recovery for LAP and Two-Wheeler Loan portfolios. The candidate will be responsible for overdue (OD) follow-ups, collection agency coordination, delinquency control, and achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end collection and recovery activities for LAP and Vehicle Loan portfolios.
- Coordinate with external collection agencies for overdue follow-ups and recovery.
- Monitor daily collection performance, overdue accounts, and DPD buckets.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection targets and reduction in overdue outstanding.
- Manage and monitor collection executives, field teams, and agency performance.
- Follow up on high-risk, chronic overdue, and NPA accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection MIS and performance reports.




- Coordinate with credit, legal, and business teams for resolution of stressed accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable RBI guidelines, and fair collection practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- 5–10 years of experience in collections and recovery in an NBFC or banking sector.
- Experience in LAP and Vehicle Loan collections preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OD follow-ups, delinquency management, and recovery processes.
- Experience in handling collection agencies and field collection teams.
- Positive communication, negotiation, team management, and MIS reporting skills.

- Monthly collection target achievement.
- Reduction in overdue outstanding and delinquency.
- Collection agency performance and recovery efficiency.
- Control of NPA and improvement in portfolio quality.
- Timely reporting and compliance with collection policies.
