We are looking for an Executive AR Chargeback with 24 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and chargeback/dispute management. The candidate will be responsible for handling chargeback cases, investigating deductions, validating supporting documents and ensuring timely resolution of customer disputes.

The role requires good knowledge of AR processes, basic finance and accounting principles, proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to SAP or other ERP systems. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate processing and minimize outstanding disputes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day chargeback activities, including dispute identification, validation, investigation and resolution.
- Review customer deductions and chargeback claims to identify discrepancies and determine appropriate actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Operations and Customer Service to resolve disputes within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of chargeback cases, supporting documents and resolution status.
- Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information and supporting documents.
- Analyze chargeback trends and identify recurring issues or discrepancies.




- Ensure timely updates and closure of open disputes to minimize outstanding receivables.
- Prepare regular reports and MIS related to chargebacks, deductions and dispute resolution.
- Use MS Excel and SAP/ERP systems for data management, tracking and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, accounting guidelines and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and reduce recurring chargeback issues.

Technical Competencies
- Accounts Receivable & Chargeback Management: Understanding of AR processes, customer deductions, chargebacks and dispute resolution.
- Dispute Management: Ability to investigate discrepancies, validate claims and coordinate for timely closure.
- MS Excel: Valuable working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data analysis.
- SAP / ERP: Working knowledge of SAP or other finance and accounting applications.
- Basic Finance & Accounting: Understanding of accounting principles, receivables and financial transactions.
- Reporting & MIS: Ability to prepare reports, maintain trackers and monitor pending disputes.
