Key Responsibilities

1. Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and outstanding invoices.

2. Contact customers through calls and qualified emails to follow up on pending payments.

3. Follow the company's collection strategy and processes to achieve monthly collection targets.

4. Handle and resolve customer disputes related to invoices, payments, or outstanding balances.

5. Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and collection activities.

6. Prepare monthly collection forecasts and regularly update forecast comments.

7. Work towards achieving collection targets before the end of every month.

8. Use Excel and SAP to track invoices, payments, collections, and customer accounts.
