Business Development Executive Appointment Generation (BDE-AG)

Were looking for a motivated Appointment Generation Specialist who enjoys initiating conversations, engaging potential clients, and opening doors to new business opportunities.The role primarily involves generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to targeted prospects, generate interest, and schedule appointments.
- Use email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to connect with decision-makers and follow up with leads.
- Research target companies and identify relevant stakeholders.
- Build a solid understanding of our services, industry trends, and competitors.
- Maintain accurate prospect records and updates in CRM software.
- Meet monthly appointment-setting and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure appointments align with business objectives.




- Share prospect feedback and insights to help improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A persuasive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and business challenges.
- Experience with LinkedIn and other platforms for prospecting.
- Previous exposure to SaaS or technology sales.
