About the Role: An Application Support Analyst should be a highly skilled, results-oriented domain expert for several application modules within a specific functional or technical domain, driving complex issue resolution, root cause analysis, and automation activities. About You:
- Familiar with end-to-end Customer/IT support processes
- Adjusts easily to recent or changing circumstances.

Band / Grade: B2, B3 and C1 Max Budget: B2-14 LPA, B3-28 LPA, C1-35 LPA(There is no open budget as such , If holding offer than they can go upto +3 LPA).
Notice period: Immediate to 30days, Can go upto to 45 days if serving (90days profiles will be screen reject)
Work mode: (WFH / WFO / Hybrid / Remote): Work form Office(5days/week- Mandatory)
Rounds of Interviews: 2 rounds both are technical
Mode of Interview: (Virtual / F2F): Virtual and F2F for Bangalore candidates
