Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) to support nursing operations and provide basic patient care services. The candidate should have good knowledge of basic nursing procedures, patient hygiene, infection control, and hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic nursing care and assistance to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
- Assist Staff Nurses and doctors during patient examinations and medical procedures.
- Support patients with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort.
- Assist in dressing procedures and basic wound care as instructed.
- Collect and transport patient samples as per hospital protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient-care areas.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices.




- Ensure proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste.
- Assist in maintaining nursing records and patient documentation.
- Ensure timely reporting of patient concerns or changes in condition to the Staff Nurse or doctor.
- Support smooth day-to-day nursing department activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) qualification from a recognized institution.
- 2–15 years of relevant experience.
- Hospital experience is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient-care practices.
- Knowledge of infection control and biomedical waste management.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a nursing team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
