? ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for analytical and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Analyst – Real Estate Data Management & Analytics, supporting a leading global alternative investment management firm.

This role offers an opportunity to work with global teams across the US, Europe and APAC, gaining exposure to Real Estate Finance, Investment Analytics, Financial Data Management and Automation.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyse financial statements, investment valuations, financial performance and forecasts.
- Perform financial variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.
- Support fund-level and investment-level financial reporting.
- Work on financial reconciliations, data validation and reporting controls.
- Analyse investment returns and performance metrics.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.




- Identify opportunities to automate and improve finance processes.
- Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with global business, finance and technology stakeholders.
- Translate financial requirements into meaningful data-driven insights.

? REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, Investment Banking, Asset Management, FP&A; or related domains.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and analytical concepts.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of financial modelling and investment performance metrics.
- Understanding of data management, reconciliations and reporting.
- Exposure to Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI tools, automation and data analytics is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
