Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bardez, covering multiple hotel functions such as front office, reservations, customer service, reception, and food & beverage service. Day-to-day responsibilities may include greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out, handling reservations and inquiries, coordinating room assignments, and assisting with billing and payments. Team members will respond to guest requests, resolve issues promptly, maintain cleanliness and order in guest areas, and ensure that hotel standards are consistently met.

Depending on the specific assignment, responsibilities can also include supporting restaurant or bar service, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance,



and following safety and compliance procedures. Collaboration with colleagues and supervisors is essential to deliver a smooth, welcoming, and professional guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.
- Experience or aptitude in Reservations and Receptionist Duties, including managing bookings, guest check-ins/check-outs, and basic administrative tasks.
- Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage service, such as taking orders, serving guests, and maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Bardez on a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel or booking systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in following procedures and service standards.
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or customer-facing roles is preferred but motivated candidates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training or certifications are a plus.
