Regional Manager(Consultant)

Job Profile

- Manage NCAP activities across assigned ULBs and coordinate with relevant government officials.rn- Monitor identification, mapping and mitigation of key dispersed pollution sources.rn- Review ULB submissions, field data and supporting evidence, and conduct field verification.rn- Track progress against agreed actions, timelines and NCAP indicators and identify implementation gaps.rn- Coordinate field surveys, GIS mapping, geotagging and pollution source documentation.rn- Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports, dashboards, scorecards and regional review briefs.rn- Support capacity building, stakeholder coordination and follow up on pending actions.rn- Document best practices and prepare case studies, presentations and analytical reports.rn- Escalate critical implementation issues and delays to the Programme Lead and facilitate their resolution.

Experience

Qualification Master-s degree in Environmental Science- Environmental Engineering- Environmental Management- Urban Planning- Public Policy- Development Studies- Sustainability- Energy and Environment or a related discipline.

Skills

- Solid programme and project management skills
- Good understanding of urban environmental and air pollution issues
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Ability to analyse field and programme data and identify implementation gaps
- Good report writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office- particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with GIS- MIS and data management systems will be an advantage
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel across assigned ULBs in Uttar Pradesh
