- Candidates should possess strong skills in Aircraft Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Aircraft Structures and Aircraft Systems.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of PowerPlant systems and related mechanical components.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
- Understanding of aviation safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Solid attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and capability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in defense or aerospace projects is an advantage.
