- 8+ years in project management or technology delivery in data, analytics, AI or automation, with Waterfall, Agile or hybrid experience; banking or financial services preferred.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data science, ML, GenAI, personalization and campaign decisioning projects, from use case intake to production and benefits tracking.
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, risks and success criteria, and maintain plans, RAID logs, status reports and steering committee updates.
- Coordinate business, marketing, data science, AI/ML engineering, technology, security, risk, compliance, legal and vendor teams.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, model risk and regulatory requirements, and secure the required approvals.
- Drive the ML lifecycle: data readiness, model development, validation, deployment,



monitoring and retraining.
- Design personalized campaigns with marketing, using test-and-control frameworks, and track KPIs such as uplift, conversion and incremental revenue.
- Manage vendor deliverables and move solutions into BAU with transparent support and ownership.
- Strong understanding of ML concepts, segmentation, propensity models, next-best-action, A/B testing and MLOps, plus excellent stakeholder and executive reporting skills.
- Preferred tools and certifications: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Azure AI/Databricks, Python/SQL; PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile or AI/GenAI certification (such as PMI-CPMAI).
