Cognizant is hiring a AI Architect - BFS to combine banking domain consulting with hands-on AI engineering. You will define AI use cases with BFS clients, model their processes and build working prototypes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Run process discovery and design current and target states using BPMN
- Identify GenAI and Agentic AI use cases for banking and financial services
- Create BRDs, FSDs and user stories
- Design AI solution architectures (LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow orchestration)
- Build POCs and accelerators using Python and agent frameworks
- Present solutions and demos to client stakeholders
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8-15 years of experience, including BFS consulting (insurance or other-vertical consulting also considered)
- Hands-on with GenAI, LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI (LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or CrewAI)
- Solid Python coding skills
- Knowledge of BPMN and BRD/FSD documentation
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or GCP Vertex AI
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
