1. Job Title: Agro Formulation Executive / Production Officer Department: Production / Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle formulation and manufacturing activities for agrochemical products, pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and fertilisers.
2. Monitor production processes as per approved formulation standards and SOPs.
3. Ensure proper handling, mixing, blending, and processing of raw materials.
4. Maintain batch manufacturing records and production reports.
5. Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for product testing and quality assurance.
6. Monitor raw material consumption and minimise production wastage.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
8. Maintain production equipment and ensure workplace safety.
9. Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for raw material availability.
10. Support current product development and formulation improvement activities.

Qualifications:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry, Agriculture, or related discipline.
- Experience in agrochemical or fertiliser manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of formulation processes and production documentation.

2. Job Title: Inventory Management Executive / Stores Executive Department:



Stores / Warehouse / Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage inventory of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and consumables.
2. Monitor daily stock receipts, issues, and transfers.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
4. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system stock.
5. Monitor minimum stock levels, reorder levels, and stock ageing.
6. Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams.
7. Ensure proper storage and identification of agrochemical raw materials and finished products.
8. Maintain GRN, material issue notes, stock registers, and dispatch records.
9. Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports.
11. Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
12. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and material handling procedures.

Qualifications:

- B.Com / BBA / MBA / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification.
- Experience in inventory, stores, or warehouse management is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
