Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Executive to manage and scale affiliate partnerships, creator collaborations, and performance-based marketing campaigns to drive sales, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities-

Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to drive revenue and customer acquisition.

- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers, content creators, and publisher partners.
- Manage affiliate platforms, tracking links, discount codes, and commission structures.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to improve campaign performance.
- Track affiliate sales, conversions, revenue, ROI, and commission payouts.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal offers with affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimise campaigns to meet revenue targets.




- Collaborate with performance marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Analyse competitor affiliate programmes and identify recent partnership opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, campaign effectiveness, and revenue contribution.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and timely resolution of affiliate-related issues.

Required Skills - 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership management.

- Experience managing affiliate networks or platforms such as Cuelinks, EarnKaro, Admitad, Impact, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPS, commission models, conversion tracking, and ROI.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, D2C, or e-commerce brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
