- Maintain configuration documentation and traceability between the requirement, design, build object, and test evidence.

- Unit and functional testing support

- Perform unit testing against approved requirements, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.

- Test positive, negative, boundary, exception, and regression scenarios.

- Document results and hand over a validated build to functional and quality-assurance teams.

- Implement approved corrections and provide evidence for retesting.

- Change implementation

- Assess the configuration impact of approved changes.

- Provide technical-functional input into effort estimates and implementation plans.

- Update the affected configuration and associated documentation.

- Ensure that changes do not unintentionally alter existing policies, employee populations, calculations, or interfaces.

- Migrate approved configuration and policy components across environments.

- Conduct differential checks to confirm configuration consistency.

- Support configuration audits, deployment readiness reviews, production migration, and smoke testing.

- Support rollback planning and deployment validation in accordance with the agreed release process.
