- Role: Admissions Counsellor (Full-Time)
- Location: Palam Vihar, Gurugram (Office-based)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Salary: ₹2.4–4.8 LPA (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Connect with parents and students via calls, WhatsApp & email.
- Understand requirements and recommend suitable programmes.
- Follow up with leads and drive enrolments.
- Coordinate admissions, counselling & onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve admission targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with 1+ year of work experience.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Fluent in English; Hindi is a plus.
- Sales, outreach or ed-tech experience preferred.
