Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to handle parent enquiries, explain daycare and preschool programs, conduct centre visits, and convert prospective parents into admissions. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working in the early childhood education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp enquiries, and online admission leads.
- Counsel parents regarding daycare facilities, preschool programs, curriculum, activities, timings, fees, and safety measures.
- Explain the centre's facilities, including CCTV, hygiene, meals, nap time, child supervision, and security protocols.




- Conduct centre tours and arrange interactions between parents and the centre team.
- Follow up regularly with prospective parents to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain enquiry records, admission forms, parent databases, and daily follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with teachers, caregivers, and the centre head to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Assist parents with documentation, fee payments, and onboarding formalities.
- Build positive relationships with existing parents and encourage referrals.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and local marketing campaigns.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for every parent visiting the centre.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
