Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to handle admission enquiries, guide prospective students and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic MS Excel knowledge and the ability to engage effectively with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, emails and messages.

- Counsel and guide prospective students about academic programmes and the admission process.

- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission journey.

- Explain programme details, eligibility criteria and admission requirements.

- Maintain student enquiry records and update Excel spreadsheets regularly.

- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications.

- Assist with documentation and other admission-related activities.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–2 years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer support or a similar role is preferred.





- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.

- Ability to handle calls, counsel prospective students and follow up effectively.

- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
