The Accounts Receivable Team Lead is responsible for overseeing end-to-end AR operations, managing a team handling invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, ensuring SLA adherence, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise AR team handling invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Monitor daily AR operations and ensure SLA, TAT, and quality adherence
- Review customer reconciliations and resolve escalations
- Ensure timely collections and effective credit control
- Prepare and review AR reports and dashboards
- Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders
- Coach, train, and develop team members
