? We're Hiring: Accounts & Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive to manage accounting activities, financial coordination, administration, and day-to-day business operations.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Zoho Books (Mandatory), strong accounting fundamentals, and the ability to independently manage routine financial and administrative responsibilities.

- B.Com Graduates: 2–3 Years
- CA Inter Candidates: 1–2 Years
- Budget: Up to ₹3.6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting activities using Zoho Books.
- Maintain ledgers, chart of accounts, invoices, bills, expenses, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare financial MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Monitor expenses, budgets, subscriptions, and recurring payments.




- Assist with cash flow planning and banking operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Manage office administration, procurement, documentation, and operational follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure confidentiality.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Experience in invoicing, reconciliation, AP/AR management, and MIS reporting.
- Good Excel and spreadsheet skills.
- Understanding of cash flow and banking operations.
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
