Muthoot Mercantile Limited is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the accounting and financial operations of the company and its group entities. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting, financial management, banking operations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting operations and maintenance of books of accounts for the company and group entities.
- Review cashbooks, ledgers, bank statements and financial transactions.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliation and monitoring of branch-level banking transactions.
- Prepare Trial Balance, financial statements and periodic MIS reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory filings.
- Monitor Form 15G and Form 15H submissions.
- Handle banking operations, loan proposals and related documentation.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial planning.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and ledger scrutiny.




- Coordinate with statutory auditors for preparation and finalization of financial statements.
- Handle RBI-related returns and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Establish effective internal financial controls and ensure accuracy of accounts.
- Coordinate with the CFO and senior management on financial matters.

Educational Qualification:

- CA/ CMA

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of accounting and financial management.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of RBI reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Industry: NBFC / Banking / Financial Services. Experience: 58 Years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
