We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager – Financial Reporting to lead client accounting engagements, manage financial reporting deliverables, ensure statutory compliance and supervise accounting teams.

Role: Accounts Manager – Financial Reporting

Engagement: Independent Professional Consultant

Consulting Fee: ₹1,00,000 per month

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting Mode: Onsite – Office-Based

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Deliverables

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely completion of accounting, financial reporting and compliance deliverables.
- Monitor engagement timelines, resolve operational issues and ensure service quality.

2. Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Demonstrate strong technical and practical knowledge of Indian GAAP, Accounting Standards (AS) and applicable Ind AS.
- Oversee accounting operations, month-end/year-end closures and financial statement preparation.
- Review books of accounts, reconciliations, provisions, adjustments and financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

3. Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance

- Solid working knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax provisions.
- Supervise GST returns, ITC reconciliations, TDS compliance and income tax-related accounting.
- Review tax computations,



statutory reconciliations and compliance deliverables.

4. Cloud ERP & Technology

- Strong proficiency in cloud-based ERP and accounting applications.
- Review system-generated and AI/automated accounting transactions.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, strengthen internal controls and improve process efficiency through technology.

5. Team Management

- Lead, guide and review the work of accounting professionals.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor productivity and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain quality standards, accountability and effective client communication.

Required Qualifications & Experience

CA / CMA qualified professionals preferred; CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com candidates with substantial relevant experience may also apply.

Experience: Preferably 7–12 years in accounting, financial reporting and taxation, including team management.

- Strong technical knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and financial statement preparation.
- Proven experience managing multiple client engagements and statutory compliance deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with cloud ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and client coordination skills.
