About the Company
NYERA SOLAR PRIVATE LIMITED is a growing organization in the renewable energy sector, specializing in solar power solutions, project execution, and sustainable energy development. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial documentation.
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling daily accounting transactions, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the finance and accounts department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and payment entries.
- Manage vendor accounts and customer outstanding payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain petty cash, expense records, and payment documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding financial matters.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation procedures.
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and invoice processing.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / M.Com or any relevant educational qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting.
- Practical experience with Tally and MS Excel is preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work full-time at Tuni, Andhra Pradesh.
